All our staff speak English, and all of our communications and consultations are done in English.

If you can’t speak English, you can:

  • bring a third party along to translate for you
  • ask us to provide a translator for you

Many of our leaflets and NHS communications are available in other languages. Please tell us if you need specific information. It’s available in the language you need, please allow 14 days for delivery.

Want to bring a third party along to translate for you?

You’ll need to sign a consent form first. This confirms you are happy for your medical details to be discussed with the third party. A member of our team will give you the consent form on your visit.

Want us to provide an interpreter?

You must give us at least 48 hours notice. Please tell our reception which language you need.
