When the surgery is closed, you can still phone us and follow the instructions on the recorded message. Or, you can call NHS 111, open 24/7 and free to call.
Please note that:
Hollymoor Medical Centre will be closed on Friday 19th April and Monday 22nd April for the Easter Bank Holiday.
The Surgery will reopen on Tuesday 23rd April as usual IF you are likely to run out of repeat medication please ensure you give us enough time to process you prescription. When the surgery is not open and if you need advice or emergency medical care, then the surgery telephone message will give you contact details to ring.

Please note the following:
As from Friday 1st April you will no longer be able to come in before 8.00am to book an appointment
The surgery will be open from 7.00am as usual for those patients that have prebooked an early morning appointment only
Prescriptions can be dropped off but must be posted in the box in the foyer
Staff will not be available to address any queries or book any appointments until after 8.00am
The Surgery will close its doors at 18.30 each evening
If you call after this time the surgery recorded message will give you all the information you need on how to access a Doctor after hours so please have a pen & paper ready to take down the relevant phone numbers.
